Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding, and integration).
• Organize various events.
• Keep our social media platforms up to date.
• Maintain the training register.
• Identify and plan the necessary training programs for our industry.
• Oversee occupational health and safety.
• Update procedures and documents (e.g., lockout-tagout, machine safety, confined spaces, etc.).
• Lead OHS committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Complete incident/accident reports.
• Handle all OHS-related requests.

Desired Profile:

• DEC (Diploma of College Studies) or AEC (Attestation of College Studies) in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Discretion.

• Strong priority management and excellent organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
