Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding, and integration).
- Organize various events.
- Keep our social media platforms up to date.
- Maintain the training register.
- Identify and plan the necessary training programs for our industry.
- Oversee occupational health and safety.
- Update procedures and documents (e.g., lockout-tagout, machine safety, confined spaces, etc.).
- Lead OHS committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Complete incident/accident reports.
- Handle all OHS-related requests.

Desired Profile:
- DEC (Diploma of College Studies) or AEC (Attestation of College Studies) in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience.

- Good interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
